BPE is THE unapologetic movement-based practice, created by Brittini Burton in Austin, Texas, that empowers women to embrace everything they have been conditioned to shame through the tools of sensual embodiment, twerking, and sisterhood. Big Pussy Energy liberates women, reconnecting them to their power and confidence.

BPE Classes are the place to come to embody your power! It’s to place to connect back to yourself and get out of the chaos of this world.

Through twerkshops, lapdances, sensual meditations, floorwork and so much more, you can reclaim your confidence through sensual movement.

  • These classes all for all types of women!! Cis, transwomen, women of color, everyone is welcome! We all need the connection to our sensuality in our lives.

  • Anything that you feel sexy in! Some days it can be a thong and bra other days it might be a baggy t-shirt and shorts. All expressions of you are welcomed and celebrated.

  • Yes, you do. The classes include a lot of floorwork and it’s just a lot better for your knees. I always have some extra if you don’t have any!

  • No, you absolutely do not! All classes are for all levels, all ages, all body shapes. The goal is to feel good in our bodies, not how the movements look
