About Sophie

Hi, I’m Sophie, the founder of Sensually Connected. I am from the Netherlands and am on a mission to transform female lives all over the world.

I found the world of sensual empowerment in 2022 and it has completely transformed my life. It made me move through the hardest times of my life and remade me in a powerful alive woman. I became radiant, empowered, independent, and through the midst of it all - an entrepreneur.

In 2025 I created my business Sensually Connected to completely take the reins back of my own life and to inspire women to do the same. And it has been the best decision I’ve ever made.

Since then I became the first international BPE instructor and a somatic coach. I’ve taught hundreds of women in different modalities and have done the most powerful thing you can do, I’ve connected them back to their bodies.
