About Sophie

Hi, I’m Sophie, the founder of Sensually Connected and the first international BPE instructor.

I found the world of sensual empowerment in 2022 and it has completely transformed my life. It gave me so much love for myself and my own skin. It reminded me of where my fucking power is. It has inspired me to pursue what I truly love, instead of staying stuck in what I’m supposed to do.

In 2024 I was able to overcome burn-out and I was able to step out of an incredibly destructive cycle that I was in for years. This was possible because I was connected to myself. I overcame one of the hardest challenge of my life because of my sensually connectedness.

In 2025 I decided to create my business Sensually Connected to completely take the reins back of my own life and to inspire women to do the same.

In this same year I became a Certified Licensed BPE Instructor and started changing the lives of women all over the Netherlands. I started teaching weekly BPE in classes in both The Hague and Utrecht, connecting women to their own bodies. It has been completely transformative to guide and lead women into their power and to be part of the international movement that BPE is.
