Big Pussy Energy (BPE) is the international movement where we reclaim our sensuality through sisterhood, booty shakin’ and sensual movement.

In BPE classes, sensual movement is used as a tool to awaken a woman’s power. To remind a woman that her power’s within. BPE is essentially a healing modality, to come home to yourself. It’s where your sensuality and your vitality can be reclaimed.

Through sensual movement, reclamation and sisterhood, women are guided back to themselves, into a journey of self discovery and empowerment. Every woman is encouraged to reclaim their authenticity and their innate power.

  • At the beginning we set an intention. Mine was to dance free with my heart, not with my head. No overthinking, no technique, no performance, just pure movement. The first part was my favorite. It gave me so much unconditional love for myself, and that energy carried me into the second part and helped me really live my intention. In the second part we learned some moves, danced freely, and while one of us danced, the others cheered. That moment felt so empowering, so supportive, and so full of love. I left with new energy, softness, and joy. A truly special experience I can only recommend! 👌

  • Supertoffe lessen! Was begonnen als een uitdaging om uit mijn comfortzone te komen en nu ben ik niet meer weg te slaan haha. Leuke sfeer lekker dansen en ontspanning.

  • Dit is een erg leuke laagdrempelige en leerzame manier om uit je comfortzone te groeien! De groep had een gezellige sfeer en Sophie geeft op een ontspannen en effectieve manier les. Ik heb zelf nooit echt danslessen gevolgd, maar hier heb je veel ruimte voor je eigen manier van bewegen en dat was gaaf om te verkennen. Ik ga zeker nog een keer!

  • Het was een super gave les. Met rust en ruimte voor mooie inzichten, maar ook gezelligheid en twerkplezier. En een super fijne, open docent, waar ik me helemaal veilig bij voelde. Zeker een aanrader!
